Discover or introduce your family to our wonderful flavors of McDuff Original, Sweet, Honey and Maple vinegar.
- Original vinegar is a Traditional type vinegar with 5.0% acetic acid and which no longer contains any sugar (0g of sugar per serving) after its double fermentation. It replaces cider, white wine or rice vinegar with character in all your favorite recipes.
- Sweet vinegar is a Balsamic type vinegar with 4.5% acetic acid which contains only 3g of sugar per serving after its double fermentation. It delicately replaces red wine vinegar and balsamics in your favorite recipes.
- Honey vinegar is a sherry type vinegar with 4.5% acetic acid which contains 4g of sugar per serving after its double fermentation. It replaces with finesse and refinement red wine vinegar, balsamics and sherry in your favorite marinades, soups and Asian sauces.
- Maple vinegar is a Fancy type vinegar with 4.5% acetic acid which contains 5g of sugar per serving after its double fermentation. In a class unique to itself, Maple vinegar will find taste buds to exalt in all recipes ranging from very simple vinaigrettes to breads, pastries and even your favorite desserts.

Made in the Eastern Townships from pure water and fair trade raw cane sugar from the Peruvian Andes, Mc Duff brown sugar vinegars enhance your grilled dishes, salads and stir-fries with their aromas of roasted golden caramel. Slowly fermented in the traditional way on a bed of beech wood, they are neither filtered nor pasteurized and thus retain all the probiotic benefits of their rich vinegar mothers.
